Brooklyn 1.0

Designers, developers, artists, strategists, technologists, and all of the thinkers who make things, are increasingly responsible for shaping our lives. What we make—and what we choose not to make—matters. What matters to you?

Brooklyn 1.0 is meant to be different. Designed for those who are making a difference, the simple goal of our conference is to inspire you to make things better as you make better things.

We’ve curated a selection of speakers from diverse fields of study—art, design, technology, science, and culture. They all share a common passion for a better tomorrow and a fearlessness in their efforts to work on what is hard. We can’t wait to hear their thoughts.

We’re excited to partner with our friends at A Design Film Festival to offer a curated collection of films on design and its subcultures—architecture, fashion design, product design, urban design, photography, contemporary art, sign-painting, craft, and more.
